White-glove delivery, explained.
Not a pickup lot. A timed handoff at the hotel, the residence, the terminal, or the edge of an evening.

Lookbook, not live stock. Concierge confirms the car that is free for your dates.
White-glove, in this house, is not a slogan on a van. It means the car comes to the address that starts your day, at the hour that starts your day, already prepared. You are not finding a lot, a counter, or a shuttle. Arrival is the experience is the point of view. This page is the mechanics — zones, timing, and what to tell the desk.
The published Miami–Broward map.
Live delivery covers Miami-Dade and Broward. The Miami delivery page is the canonical list. Current published fees: Brickell from $125, South Beach / Miami Beach from $150, Wynwood / Design District from $150, Key Biscayne from $175, private residence from $175, custom (yacht, event, a location we confirm) from $200. Airports: Opa-Locka from $225, MIA from $250, FLL from $275.
Boca Raton and the Palm Beach corridor are live as arranged work, not as a made-up number on this page. We quote them with the inquiry. Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, Monaco, and Dubai are coming soon. We will not invent a drop there.
- Hotel and residence — the default. Name the door.
- Airports — terminal or FBO. Flight number in the inquiry. See MIA vs FLL.
- Yacht, event, or a second drop — custom zone, confirmed, not assumed.
- A later hotel after an airport landing — pick one first hour. Do not split the difference in the notes.
The handoff should never interrupt the reason you are there.
What “prepared” means.
Fuel, cleanliness, the cabin at a temperature that makes sense for Miami in that month, the car pointed the right way at the porte-cochère. If you asked for a particular cabin configuration on a car that has one, that request is in the thread. What is not included in the word white-glove: skipping the license, skipping insurance proof, or skipping the refundable deposit. Those complete the rental at the handoff. Requirements is the document list.
Windows for arrival are windows, not exact-to-the-minute theatre unless the occasion demands it — a wedding send-off, a private tail. Give concierge the real hour. Flight delays should be a text to the same number that booked you. The desk is chat, Talk, and SMS: +1 (561) 905-3153.
Neighborhood pages are for search. The map is for the drop.
Brickell luxury car rental, South Beach, Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, and the airport landers exist so the right guests find the desk. They are not separate companies. One concierge, one live fleet, one Stripe link after confirmation. The lookbook still is not inventory.
How to ask for a delivery.
Dates, the first address, the hour, airport or hotel, open or closed, two seats or five. That is enough. Luxury car rental Miami or exotic if you want a collection; reserve if you already know the car. After the desk confirms, you pay the amount due now. The car comes to you. The lot was never the product.
Returns work the same way in reverse. Tell us the last address and the hour the car should leave you. A hotel checkout, an FBO, a residence before a flight — the desk times the collection so you are not waiting with luggage on a curb. Extra miles, fuel, and inspection still apply; white-glove is the choreography, not a waiver. The rental policy remains the public terms.
