This notice describes how Obsidian Miami handles personal information when you inquire, reserve, or speak with concierge. South Florida is the live service area; Miami is the lead city.
Who we are
Obsidian Miami is a luxury and exotic car rental desk serving South Florida, with Miami as the lead city. Delivery covers Brickell, South Beach, Key Biscayne, Miami International (MIA), Fort Lauderdale (FLL), Opa-Locka (OPF), and the Boca / Palm Beach corridor. The public website is https://www.obsidianexotic.com.
There is no public street showroom. Service is white-glove delivery. Contact concierge by phone or SMS at +1 (561) 905-3153, by chat or Talk on the site, or through the reserve form.
Information we collect
When you send a reservation inquiry or contact request, we collect the details you choose to provide: name, phone, email, driver age, license country, rental dates, delivery location, vehicle preference, and itinerary notes.
Concierge conversations by chat, voice, and SMS are retained so the desk can confirm the car, dates, and delivery. If you pay a Stripe hold after the desk confirms, Stripe processes card details. We receive payment status, amount, and related transaction metadata — not your full card number.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, check live availability, quote a car that is free, coordinate delivery, complete license and insurance checks, and support the rental. We do not sell personal information.
An inquiry is not a booking. After the desk confirms a unit, a Stripe link holds the dates. License, insurance, and delivery details still complete the rental.
Processors
We use service providers to operate the desk: website hosting, messaging, voice, and Stripe for payment holds. They process information only to provide those services.
Retention and security
Inquiry, conversation, and booking records are kept as long as needed to fulfill the rental, resolve questions, meet legal or accounting requirements, or improve the service. Access is limited to the Miami desk and the systems required to run it.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by calling or texting +1 (561) 905-3153 or by using chat on the website. We will confirm the request against the contact details on the inquiry.
Children
The service is for licensed adult drivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this notice as the service changes. The current version is the one published on this page.
