These terms govern use of the Obsidian Miami website and reservation inquiries. A separate rental agreement is issued before the car is released.
The website
https://www.obsidianexotic.com describes the Miami lookbook — vehicles, experiences, delivery, and concierge. Content may change as the collection and live fleet change. Specifications, photography, and lookbook daily rates are not a guarantee that a specific unit is free for your dates.
South Florida is the live service area, led from Miami. Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, Monaco, and Dubai appear as coming soon. We do not accept reservations for cities that are not live.
Reservation inquiries
Submitting a request by form, chat, Talk, or SMS does not create a booking, hold a vehicle, or authorize a charge. Concierge searches live stock, including cars not shown on the lookbook, and will not invent a car, a price, or an open night.
After the desk confirms a unit, you receive a Stripe link for the amount due now — either the full rental, or a booking fee with the remaining balance due at pickup. Payment of that link holds the dates. The rental is not fully confirmed until license, insurance, and delivery details are complete.
Eligibility and use
Drivers must meet the age, license, and insurance requirements for the chosen vehicle. Most cars require drivers 25 or older. Highest-performance and ultra-luxury cars are generally reserved for drivers 28–30 and above. A refundable security deposit is authorized at pickup and released after inspection.
Standard rentals include 150 miles per day unless the vehicle page says otherwise. Smoking is not permitted. Track use, commercial filming, pets, and travel outside the continental United States need advance written approval. Final terms are in the rental agreement and the rental policy.
Delivery
White-glove delivery is the default: hotel, residence, MIA, FLL, Opa-Locka, South Beach, Brickell, Wynwood, and Key Biscayne. Published zone fees appear on the Miami delivery page. Custom locations such as a yacht or event are quoted with the inquiry.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms depend on the vehicle, dates, and the confirmed agreement. The applicable policy is stated with the inquiry before the Stripe hold.
Limitation
The website is provided as a lookbook and inquiry channel. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on unpublished or outdated lookbook details. The rental agreement controls the rental itself.
