Eligibility
Drivers must meet the age, license, insurance, and documentation requirements for the chosen vehicle and market. Requirements may be higher for high-performance and ultra-luxury vehicles.
Mileage & care
Standard rentals include the mileage shown on the vehicle detail page. Additional mileage, late returns, fuel, tolls, and extraordinary cleaning are handled according to the confirmed rental agreement.
Deposits & insurance
A refundable security deposit may be authorized at pickup and released after inspection. Guests must carry the required coverage or request an available premium insurance option.
Payment
After a quote, concierge sends a Stripe link for the amount due now. Some vehicles are paid in full to hold the dates. Others take a booking fee now, with the remaining balance due at pickup. Payment of the link holds the dates; it is not a fully confirmed rental until license, insurance, and delivery details are complete.
Use of the vehicle
Smoking is not permitted. Track use, cross-border travel, commercial use, and transport of pets require advance written approval.
