There is a particular hour in Miami when the city gives the water back to you. The causeways empty, the bay turns mercury, and the right car makes the distance feel like the destination. We built this route for that hour: a considered departure from Brickell, a quiet run over Rickenbacker, and a return timed for the skyline.
Leave Brickell before the light goes.
Start from a tower or a hotel on Brickell Avenue while the offices are still emptying. Do not rush the first miles. The point is the bay, not the clock. Brickell luxury car rental is the desk for a handoff downstairs — Ghost if the evening should stay quiet, a grand tourer if you want the road to speak.
Rickenbacker Causeway is the spine. Once you are on the water, keep the windows down until Key Biscayne asks you to slow. There is no itinerary crowded with stops. A pull-off for the skyline, a pause at the beach, and the knowledge that the return will be better than the outbound.

Time the inbound crossing for the last light on downtown. That is the hour this route exists for.
